Rumor: The next iPhone to have SIM Tray similar to the iPhone 4S’

iPhone part supplier sw-box has now gained access to iPhone 5 SIM card tray. The parts, however, have striking resemblance with the iPhone 4/4S SIM tray. The part clearly pinpoints that the next iteration of iPhone will retain the flat-edged form factor of the existing model debunking earlier claims that that the next generation iPhone will sport a tapered or rounded-edge design and that it will accommodate smaller nano-SIM.

Last week, Chinese parts supplier TVC-Mall posted iPhone 5 home buttons for sale in both black and white but later pulled them down for an unknown reason. Even those parts look legitimate enough to warrant attention. The new home buttons were rounded square shape resembling much like iOS app icons.

What could be the expected upgrades in the iPhone 5 is still sketchy. Most of the technology pundits claims that the sixth generation iPhone will adopt liquidmetal featuring 4.6-inch retina display with bigger screen, thinner display, dual-core A5X processor, and a rubber bezel.

Since Apple has long been notoriously secretive about its unreleased products and always keeps its future plans under wraps, expect more information in coming weeks through un-official channels. Fresh rumors about iPhone 5 are likely to increase over the next few weeks as we get closer to September-October timeframe.
